Shipping policy

Afriqueen delivers orders throughout South Africa.

We use The Courier Guy for nationwide delivery. Our standard delivery charge is R85, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.

We have one national courier rate and no standard free-delivery threshold.

Free local pickup is available for orders placed online. Please contact us before collecting your order so that we can confirm someone will be available to assist you.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier service selected. Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote-area delivery schedules, courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete delivery information was supplied, additional courier charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries

Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item has been damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the matter and assist you.
